5. Receiving and completing your orders
At Gruppo Pagoni we take every possible measure for the availability of our products as they appear in our website. However, there is a possibility where a product displayed on our website is not finally available or is not available within the delivery time reported on our website, for reasons beyond our control (such as a sudden lack of our supplier’s stock).
For this reason and in order to fully inform and protect you as much as possible from unforeseen events, the orders are completed as follows:
a) Submitting your order: You can navigate in our online store, freely choose the products of your choice, and place them in your shopping cart.
Then, following the steps that are indicated to you each time, you should proceed with the submission of your order to our company. In order to provide you a higher quality of services and to facilitate your future purchases, during your first order you register as a user of Gruppo Pagoni, filling in the personal information requested in the respective registration form.
After completing your purchases, fill in all the details of your order that appear on the order form. All information sent to our company falls under the strict policy of protection of your personal data adopted by our company and is collected and processed with diligence, only in order to fulfill our contractual obligation.
In any case, every time you submit an order, you must first accept these terms of use, which govern the transactions between us in their entirety, as referred to in Article 1 above. b) Order processing: During the processing of your order, the availability of all the products included in your order is checked.
i) In case of availability of all the products included in your order within the delivery time mentioned in our website, you will receive a message to the e-mail address you have stated, which will confirm your order and will include all the details of it. The shipment of the products will then take place based on the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
ii) In case any of the items you placed in your order request is not available and/or a product will be available after the delivery time listed in our website, our Company will contact you either by email at your email address or by direct telephone call through its representative (or in all the above ways) in order to inform you on any modification, correction or cancellation of your order.
If it is not possible to contact you within 10 days of sending your order request, your order will be automatically canceled, and you will have to submit your order again. In case of any new order (modified or not), a new email will be sent to you and this email will be the confirmation document of your order, based on which the latter will be executed. The shipment of the products will then be made according to the delivery schedule of our partner courier company.
iii) Our Company may contact you via e-mail and/or mobile phone, which you have stated to us during your registration, throughout the processing of your order, until the delivery of your order to you, for any issue concerning the receipt, processing, execution, transfer of your order and/or payment and/or return of products or for any other reason related to your order.

Once you have decided which payment process suits you, select the appropriate payment method at the appropriate point on your order request form and enter your required details if needed. The collection and processing of the payment details that you send us fall under the strict policy of protection of your personal data that our company adheres to and are collected and processed with complete security and diligence and only after the consent that you provide us with sending the order request.

7. On-line product return process
For the return of products whose order was placed online, regardless of the reason, the return will be made after sending an e-mail to the address info@eponymoshop.com stating the reason for your return, providing an Iban bank account number accompanied by a beneficiary name and always within the deadline and under the conditions set in the product return policy (Article 8)
8. E-shop products return policy
a) Withdrawal
You have the right to return the product you received within 15 calendar days without justification from the day you received it, at no cost at all, except for return costs (courier, shipping, postage or other), which will be done at our own risk and your own expenses (unless otherwise specified from time to time by our Company, for all the products or specifically for certain ones).
Prerequisites for exercising the right of withdrawal within 14 days is that the product has not been used and all items are returned in excellent condition in which they were received, without damage, without any defects (subject to the return of a defective product), complete and within their packaging, while still having to be accompanied by all the necessary documents.
The declaration of withdrawal is exercised in writing by completing the relevant form and sending it to the email address: info@eponymoshop.com.
b) Policy for the return or replacement of defective products
i) Our company takes every possible measure so that all products (regardless of type) are specially and carefully packaged in order to be delivered without damage. In addition, our company takes all the necessary measures (in cooperation with its suppliers and carriers) so that these items are sent in special packaging that fully protects them from any damage during transport and / or storage. In very rare cases, however, there is a risk that one of these products will wear out when shipped to you. In addition, in very rare cases there is a case to receive a product with a defect. For this reason and regardless of your above right of withdrawal, which is not affected, we invite you to check the products upon receipt.
ii) In case you receive the product without expressing any specific reservation, it means that you have unreservedly received the product from our company. However, in case you find that there is damage and / or a defect in the product, then you can inform us by contacting us at e-mail: info@eponymoshop.com and / or by phone at the contact phone: +30 2109797700 stating if you wish to have a new product shipped to you for replacement or if you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal.
iii) In our effort to meet the expectations of our customers in the products they choose from Gruppo Pagoni, we offer the possibility of returning all products, for their replacement or full refund within 15 calendar days from the day of delivery of the products based on the receipt documents.
We fully refund the money corresponding to the value of the order or we undertake the replacement of the product with the correct one with our own shipping costs and shipping to you the correct one. If no error occurs on the part of our company, only the amount corresponding to the value of the products is refunded and the shipping costs are borne exclusively by the consumer.
Your refunds will be made within 30 days of the return and receipt of the products by us. Refunds are made via the credit card you used, or through the PayPal service (in case you made the payment through this service), alternatively you need to tell us the bank account in which you wish to make the deposit. Return proof is required for returns. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note. Please note that we can refund you if the returned products meet all the above conditions and are in good condition for sale. The consumer is always responsible for sending the product back to our facilities.
9. Stores products return policy
a) Exchanges
The consumer has no obligation to pay if they do not receive the legal document (receipt-invoice).
Product exchanges are accepted up to 2 times and within 14 days from the date indicated on the relevant receipt and only upon presentation of the receipt or charge card, if the product meets the conditions started below.
No cash refunds.
No returns are accepted for underwear and swimwear , as well as for products that have been purchased in another country or have been altered in any way.
Products purchased from the Eponymo Outlet in McArthurGlen should be returned inly there. Products purchased from full price Eponymo Stores cannot be returned to Eponymo Outlet in McArthurGlen.
b) Reserved items – Down payments.
Products without a down payment can be reserved up to two (2) working days.
Products with a down payment can be reserved up to fifteen (15) calendar days. The monetary value of the down payment is valid for one (1) calendar year.
10. Possibility to cancel the order
You can cancel your order in the following situations:
a) Before sending / receiving the product. Cancellation is possible by sending an e-mail to: info@eponymoshop.com
b) After receiving the product. You can exercise your right to withdraw within 15 calendar days as defined above (paragraph 8.1).
11. Website usage, functionality and content

In any case of non-conciliatory settlement of the dispute through the EDR platform, the civil courts as defined in clause 17a are competent.
b) Term Validity: If any of the above terms is or becomes invalid, the remaining terms of this Agreement will not be affected.
